The Don Papa brand is a classic of exotic, sweet and delicately vanillad rum. Made in the Philippines on the islands of Negros, this latest addition to the brand is aged on site at the foot of the Kanlaon volcano in old American oak barrels. To this blend of molasses rum, the Master Blender has added a little local cane sugar to heighten the gourmet flavours of Baroko. The mouth is both soft and round, revealing a beautiful mouthfeel with notes of fruit cake and an explosion of candied citrus flavours.

Don Papa is a premium aged rum from the Philippines created in the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanla-on on the Island of Negors where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. The Philippines has a long history of cultivating Noble sugar cane, the original variety, first discovered centuries ago in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. The island is blessed with a wonderful combination of climate, geography and rich volcanic soil , ideal for sugarcane production.
